GenAir acquires RTC

GenAir announces acquisition of RTC Group

Last month, we announced the acquisition of Dutch-based RTC Group.

RTC has built a strong reputation within the oil-free air compressor sector, supporting customers across pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and more.

This marks GenAir’s first strategic move into Europe, expanding our offering and reflecting our strategy to build a pan-European compressed air rental platform.

The best oil-free compressors in the business

Oil-free compressors are essential where air purity cannot be compromised, particularly in regulated industries such as food, pharmaceuticals and electronics.

GenAir is uniquely positioned to provide a range of diesel, electric and hybrid oil-free air compressors, including brand-new diesel models and centrifugal electric options, available in partnership with our new acquisition, RTC Group.

Electric vs diesel: what to consider

Choosing between electric and diesel air compressors requires considering three factors – technical, financial and sustainability.

Our latest article shares how you can use our electric vs diesel cost calculator to help identify the right air compressor for rental.

Of course, for more support, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you make the best choice for your application.

Our recent case study explores how we responded to an emergency involving an unexpected outage in the permanent air supply system at a large UK petrochemical facility.

It highlights the importance of rapid response and specialist engineering in high-risk industrial environments.

Perks of the job

At GenAir, our jobs often involve travelling up and down the country to deliver our reliable compressed air rental anywhere across the country.

Last month, we published some of our favourite photos our team has taken recently.

What do you think – would the picture above make a nice postcard?

See where we’ve been.

“This project was a great example of how collaboration and innovation can deliver real environmental benefits. We needed a compressed air solution that was reliable, straightforward to deploy and aligned with our sustainability goals.

The GenAir electric compressor, powered by TCP Group’s battery system, delivered exactly that. The level of support, communication and technical expertise throughout the trial gave us real confidence, and the results speak for themselves.”
